What I love about this job is its strong human dimension: listening, bringing people together, anticipating needs, while embodying the spirit and values of our establishment. Each season brings new challenges, new stories, and wonderful encounters, and that’s what makes this adventure so exciting.” – Céline – Manager of the Hôtel Suffren

Taking care of the rooms, suites and villas and ensuring that guests enjoy a wonderful night’s sleep.
“As the housekeeper at Le Domaine de l’Astragale during the summer season and at Le Carlina 1850 during the winter, my role is to ensure, with rigour and attention to detail, the cleanliness and smooth running of all the rooms and common areas in our establishments. This job requires a great deal of discretion, responsiveness and, above all, genuine people skills. What motivates me is knowing that thanks to our work, guests feel comfortable, at home and in safe hands. Each season is a new adventure, but always with the same high standards and the joy of being reunited with my team.” – Myriam

All it takes is a smile, a kind word or a thoughtful gesture to make someone feel special and warmly welcomed, as if returning home.
“As a Clefs d’Or concierge at Le Domaine de l’Astragale, my mission is to offer our guests a harmonious and unforgettable stay. Creating moments of sharing and pleasure around a masterfully crafted culinary experience, from breakfast to the last cocktail.
» – Martin – Food & Beverage Manager

Providing discretion and efficiency to guarantee the smooth running of all our services and to ensure that our Mediterranean gardens are truly magnificent.
“I joined the group in 2014 as a refrigeration electrician and have since had the opportunity to climb the ladder to become the Technical Manager for the southern region. I’m in charge of everything related to maintenance, servicing, and technical installations at our establishments in the Gulf of Saint-Tropez. I am also responsible for the green spaces, such as the three hectares of Mediterranean parkland by the sea at L’Astragale, which are my pride and joy. In my job, I love the fact that no two days are the same, requiring me to be adaptable, solve sometimes complex problems, and be responsive. Above all, I love working as part of a team.” – Mohand – Technical and Landscaping Department

“As HR Manager, I support each individual in giving their best. Because let’s not forget that to guarantee a high-quality customer experience, we must first ensure that our employees feel good. To do this, we draw on strong values and promote a pleasant and respectful working environment. Added to this is the management of dual-seasonality, which requires agility. Listening and responding to customer requests by providing a tailor-made service.
“I act as the permanent link between customers, the head office in Lyon, and the teams on the ground. As a true intermediary, I move to the pace of our operations, listening to and supporting each and every request. This involves customer relations, coordinating with our teams and, of course, managing the unexpected. I enjoy the quick thinking and versatility required. It’s lively, dynamic and, above all, people-oriented! I feel I’m at the very heart of the customer experience, even though I’m not physically there. And every day, I’m proud to contribute to the success of each and every stay.” – Célia

Promoting our savoir-faire and, beyond that, showcasing the collection of Groupe Alp’Azur Hôtels to existing and future customers.
“When I joined the Marketing Department, I became part of a team that we built from scratch. We alternate between large-scale structural projects and more targeted initiatives, always with the same goal in mind: to promote our brand, attract new customers and retain those who already place their trust in us. It’s up to us to be inventive, curious and to work as a team, because you can’t create anything on your own. Here, anything is possible, and everything is there for us to invent together. And it’s this freedom and creativity that makes our daily work so exhilarating!” – Teddy

Efficiently managing the financial affairs of Groupe Alp’Azur Hôtels.
“As Financial Manager, my role goes far beyond numbers: I am here to record transactions, analyse them and make sense of the data to aid in the subsequent decision-making process. My team and I also manage all regulatory, tax and social matters, which are essential to the smooth running of the group. What I particularly enjoy is the autonomy I have and the high-tech tools we use on a daily basis. We are constantly striving for improvement and always on a quest for more efficient and streamlined solutions.” – Ophélie

Securing relationships with suppliers, pooling resources
“I am the Purchasing Manager for Groupe Alp’Azur. In practical terms, our department tracks down, selects and negotiates the best resources in line with our own quality standards, be that food produce, bedding, furnishings or technical equipment. No two days are alike; there is always a challenge to be met and a solution to be found, and I love that dynamic. Sleep, catering and comfort: every detail counts because, ultimately, everything we do upstream is aimed at improving our guests’ experience. So, while I’m not in direct contact with our clients, I think about them on a daily basis.” – Claire

Facilitating and securing processes with high-performance technological tools.
“I’m part of the IT team. We’re not always visible, but our mission is both vital and exciting: to ensure that everything works, all the time, for both our customers and the teams on the ground. Whether it’s computers, networks, software or connections, we’re there to make sure everything runs smoothly, securely and is always available. We work hand in hand with all departments, anticipating their needs and working with up-to-date, scalable tools. What I love about this job is its variety and the pleasure of solving problems for the benefit of the whole team.” – Florent
